udev.spec has:

URL: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/hotplug/udev.html

which is 404 not found.

url should be:

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/hotplug/

Resolved as a duplicate as the udev package will be removed soon as Its part of systemd
