It was decided that all test stuff goes under /opt/tests/. Thus this should not be complained in rpmlint either if the package installs files to there and has -tests[-*] suffix.

libcontentaction-tests.i586: W: meego-filelist-forbidden-opt /opt/tests is not allowed for official MeeGo packages

/opt may not be used by a distribution. It is reserved for 3rd party packagers
