Important but only costs build time so low until someone escalates

mpfr had a very odd build dependencies i.e., depended on itself. See http://review.merproject.org/#patch,sidebyside,791,1,mpfr.spec

That might fix some of the loops as mpfr is mentioned multiple times there.
